Placing Orders and Payments
- You’d need to create an account and log in to place an order. Next, add at least one item to your cart and click the Checkout button. You can select shipping options during checkout, enter payment information, apply a promo code (if you have one), and add billing and shipping addresses.
- You can pay with a credit or debit card or PayPal. When you pay with a card, you need the name printed on the card, the card number, the expiration month and year, and a security code. Generally, we ship your order after the payment is settled.
- If you want to change the shipping address on your order, please reply to the email with order details and include a new shipping address within 1 hour from the time of placing the order.
- After placing an order, you receive an order confirmation email, which links your order to the website. You will receive a second email with tracking details when your purchase has been shipped from the warehouse.
- We are not accepting orders by telephone.
- Some items on our website will be marked as available but on backorder. You can still order these items, but shipping may be delayed. We estimate the backordered items will be restocked within 30 days. We will promptly ship them out to you as soon as we receive them and send you a notification with the tracking information.
- Some items are available on the website as ‘Pre-order’. You can order these items as usual without adding any other products to the same order since they have their own shipping estimate, which will be displayed when you add the item to the cart.
- Sales Tax: Please note that we only collect sales tax in California. During the checkout process, on the cart page, customers will be informed that sales tax will be applied to their order based on the shipping or billing address they provide.
- If you forgot the password to your account on Camius.com, you can reset it by clicking on the “Lost Your Password?” link beneath the login fields. Click on this link to initiate the password reset process.
- Please note that if you are not receiving an email with a reset password, you haven’t registered an account on Camius.com with this email address. Register a new account by CLICKING HERE

- Delivery time is measured in business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays in the United States). All orders are subject to up to a 1-2 day processing and handling time.
- The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the carrier’s services, and the courier will not refund them if the item is returned for any reason.
- A signature may be required upon delivery for orders over $500. To opt out of a ‘signature on delivery service,’ please add a note to your order. If the courier is unable to find anyone at the delivery location to collect a signature, they will leave a note with details on how to reschedule delivery. Each courier has their own process of redelivery and attempts to deliver
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes unless it is a small package below 2 lb. in a box not exceeding 8″ x 8″ x 4″
- Please note that we don’t insure all the shipments. Once you have a shipment notification, we strongly recommend you check the shipment status using the courier’s website and be available at the delivery time. Camius is not liable for the stolen packages if the shipping courier confirms that the package was delivered to the customer’s shipping address, as confirmed by the GPS confirmation service.
Shipping within the U.S. (excluding Alaska & Hawaii)
We use the services of UPS, USPS, and FedEx for domestic orders, and UPS and DHL for international orders. A signature may be required upon delivery on orders over $500.
We offer free and expedited shipping in the USA and standard shipping to certain international destinations, including Canada.
- Standard free shipping (3 to 7 days) is available on all orders over $100 in most US states.
- For orders below $100, we offer paid shipping.
- Expedited shipping (2 to 3 days) is available for most of the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
- We offer standard shipping (4 to 7 days) to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii
- We also ship to certain international locations. If you don’t find your destination, please contact us with your shipping address at this link.
Once we have fulfilled your order, Camius.com sends an email to the Customer’s registered email address with shipping tracking to provide a more precise expected delivery date.
- We ship to certain countries, including Canada and this list gets updated from time to time.
- Orders are shipped using DHL, UPS, or FedEx services. It includes door-to-door delivery.
- The payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the receiver. To ensure the courier can deliver your goods in the shortest possible transit time, the courier pays the customs authority immediately on the customer’s behalf for any duties and taxes due on the goods. The courier only releases the goods to the customer upon fully repaying any obligations and taxes paid on their behalf.
- If the customer refuses to accept the package, Camius will deduct the shipping fees, including the return and other fees, from the purchase order amount and send it to the courier. Restocking fees are applicable.
- Corporate customers can use their UPS, FedEx, or DHL accounts for orders exceeding $500. Contact the Camius team at Camius.com/contact-us before placing an order to meet the requirements.

If your destination is not included above, you can send us a shipping cost inquiry with your shipping address via https://camius.com/contact/
- Your shipping address must be complete. If it is incomplete and invalidated by a shipping courier, we will contact you for clarification via the email you listed. If you need to update or correct your shipping address, it can be done within 1 hour from the order time by replying to the email with your order notification or contacting us via https://camius.com/contact/.
- If the package is returned due to an incomplete address, the buyer may request to ship or re-send the item after correcting the address or request to cancel their order and may be charged a minimal shipping fee between $15 to $40 (US domestic orders)
- You can request a refund, replacement, or exchange within 30 calendar days from delivery, unless specified on the Camius product, following the instructions on the order.
- Returns are free if the product arrives defective. Please contact Camius immediately or within 15 (fifteen) days for a return label with a full refund or replacement. We thoroughly check each unit before it is sent to eliminate this possibility and ensure our customers’ best experience and peace of mind.
- If you return the product because you changed your mind or for a similar reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees and safe transportation. In addition, you can request Camius for a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount (it is based on the size of the item). Camius can provide return labels only for domestic orders (placed in the U.S.). You will need to reply to the same email with your order notification to request a return. If you receive a return label from Camius, please ship the item back within 2 weeks of receiving the label, after which the return will be closed.
- Beyond the 30 calendar days, we accept only replacement or repair for the product. We are not responsible for any refund beyond the 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Customers must inform Camius within 30 calendar days of delivery if they miss the parts or receive the wrong products.
- If the product was purchased through a different channel than the official Camius.com website, please get in touch with the seller for a refund and return, which is regulated by the platform that processed your order.
- If you receive a product damaged during transportation, please get in touch with us, and we will send you instructions.
- Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 3 to 5 business days for the return product evaluation and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds are processed in the following cases (restocking fees)
- Up to 15% restocking fee is charged if the returned in the original condition.
- Up to 50% of the item price is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or has obvious signs of use for reasons unrelated to Camius or the seller.
- Camius has a right to reject the refund if the item is returned in unacceptable condition, such as being behind-shipped back by the buyer without any outer shipping box and having signs of heavy-duty use. In this case, the items may be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s cost.

- Promotional offers (such as promo codes and coupons) do not apply to certain products, including sale items, limited inventory, and select items. Promo codes are subject to the minimum order value stated by the promotional offers.
