Ordering And Shipping

Ordering & Payments

You’d need to create an account and log in to place an order. Next, add at least one item to your cart and click the Checkout button. You can select shipping options during checkout, enter payment information, apply a promo code (if you have one), and add billing and shipping addresses.

You can pay with a credit or debit card PayPal. When you pay with a card, you need the name printed on the card, the card number, the expiry month and year, and a security code. Generally, we ship your order after the payment is cleared. 

After placing an order, you receive an order confirmation email, which links your order to the website. 

When your purchase has been shipped from the warehouse, you receive a second email with tracking details.

We are not accepting orders by telephone.

Shipping Terms

Delivery time is measured in business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays in the United States). All orders are subject to up to a 1-2 business day processing time. The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the carrier’s services, and the courier will not refund them if the item is returned for any reason. A signature may be required upon delivery for orders over $699 depends. To opt-out of a ‘signature on delivery service,’ please add a note to your order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please note we don’t insure shipments. Once you have a shipment notification, we strongly recommend you check the shipment status using the courier’s website and be available at the delivery time. Camius is not liable for the stolen packages if the shipping courier has confirmation that the package was delivered to the Customer’s shipping address, confirmed by the delivery service GPS confirmation.

 

Shipping within the U.S. (excluding Alaska & Hawaii):

We use the services of UPS, FedEx, USPS for domestic orders. A signature may be required upon delivery.

1) Free standard shipping 3 to 6 business days

Business Days in transit based on the Customer’s shipping address (doesn’t include handing one business day):

  • California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona – 2 to 3 days;

  • Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan – 3 days;

  • Washington, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Texas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Louisiana, Nebraska, Montana  – 3 to 4 days;

  • South Dakota, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island,  Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia,  Florida – 4 to 5 days;

  • Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont,  North Carolina, South Carolina – 5 to 6 days;

2) Flat Rate Shipping

This rate applies to orders below $99

  • California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona – 2 to 3 days;

  • Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan – 3 days;

  • Washington, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Texas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Louisiana, Nebraska, Montana  – 3 to 4 days;

  • South Dakota, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island,  Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia,  Florida – 4 to 5 days;

  • Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont,  North Carolina, South Carolina – 5 to 6 days;

3) Expedited shipping (2 to 5 business days)

Once we have fulfilled your order, Camius.com sends an email to the Customer’s registered email address with shipping tracking to provide a more precise expected delivery date.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii

Orders require the purchase of Standard Shipping (flat-rate). We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The estimated delivery time will be updated once Camius sends the Customer a shipping notification. Currently, we are not offering free shipping to these locations.

Shipping to Puerto Rico

Orders require the purchase of Standard Shipping (flat-rate). We ship using DHL or UPS, or FedEx services. The estimated delivery time will be updated once Camius sends the Customer a shipping notification. Customers usually receive their shipments within 5 to 7 business days (excluding handling one business day).

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom (U.K.), Cyprus, Andorra, Austria, Denmark, Greece, Norway, Sweden, SwitzerlandBahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand. This list gets updated from time to time. Orders are shipped using DHL, UPS, or FedEx services. It includes door-to-door delivery. The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. To ensure the courier can deliver your goods in the shortest possible transit time, the courier pays the customs authority immediately on the Customer’s behalf for any duties and taxes due on the goods. The courier only releases the goods to the Customer upon the full repayment of any obligations taxes paid on their behalf. If the Customer refuses to accept the package, Camius will deduct the shipping fees, including return fees and other fees, from the purchase order amount to the courier. Restocking fees are applicable.

Shipping address

Your shipping address must be complete. If it is incomplete and invalidated by a shipping courier, we will contact you for clarifications via the email you listed with us. If you need to update or correct your shipping address, it can be done within 1 hour from the order time by replying to the email with your order notification or contacting us via https://camius.com/contact/. If the package is returned due to an incomplete address, the buyer may request to ship re-send the item after correcting the address or request to cancel their order and may be charged a minimal shipping fee between $15 to $40/-.

Returns, Refunds

You can request a refund or replacement, exchange within 30 calendar days from delivery unless otherwise specified in the Camius listing. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees and safe transportation. In addition, you can request Camius for a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount (it is based on the size of the item). Camius can provide return labels only for domestic orders (placed in the U.S.). You need to reply to the same email with your order notification to request a return.

Beyond the 30 calendar days, we accept only replacement or repair for the product. We are not responsible for any refund beyond the 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Customers must inform Camius within 30 calendar days of the delivery date if they miss the parts or receive the wrong products.

If the product was purchased through a different channel than the official Camius.com website, please get in touch with the seller for the refund and return of the product, which is regulated by the platform that processed your order.

If the product has arrived defective, contact Camius immediately or within 15 (fifteen) days to get a full refund or replacement. Camius is responsible for the shipping fees if it proves that the product was shipped defective. We thoroughly check each unit before it sends to eliminate this possibility and for our customers’ best experience and peace of mind.

Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 3 to 5 business days for the return product evaluation and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds are processed in the following cases (restocking fees):

 1. Up to 15% restocking fee is charged if the returned in the original condition.

2. Up to 50% of the item price that is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to Camius or seller. 

3. Camius has a right to reject the refund if the item is returned in unacceptable condition, such as being behind shipped back by the buyer without any outer shipping box and having signs of heavy-duty use. In this case, the items may be sent back to the buyer at the buyer’s cost.
