No subscription is required for any of Camius security camera systems. All features, including remote access, live view, playback, and storage, are included with the system.
Can I view footage without an internet connection?
Yes. Local viewing through a directly connected monitor or TV is available. However, the internet is required for remote viewing and alerts.
Can I add more cameras to this system?
Yes. You can add 2 more PoE IP cameras to this security system.
Are the cameras weatherproof?
Yes. All six cameras are weatherproof rated with metal housing, making them suitable for outdoor installation.
Does this security camera system record continuously or only when motion is detected?
You can choose from multiple recording modes: continuous (AKA, Normal Mode), motion-triggered, scheduled, or sensor-based. All recordings are stored on the Camius NVR’s hard drive. You can also activate sending screenshots of detection trigerred with regular motion and AI to your email, upload pictures and videos to your Dropbox or Google drive.
