Placing Orders and Payments
To place an order, we recommend creating an account and logging in. Once logged in, add at least one item to your cart and click the Checkout button. During checkout, you can choose your shipping options, enter your payment information, apply any promo codes, view your order details, tracking, and updates, and provide your billing and shipping addresses.

Creating An Account
We recommend creating an account before placing an order. Register here or check the “Create an account” box during checkout. After registering, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to set your password — this step is highly recommended for added security. By creating an account at Camius.com, you’ll unlock access to exclusive loyalty discounts and promo codes under the “My Coupons” section of your account dashboard. You’ll also be able to conveniently view your order details, update your address, and manage your payment methods.
If you placed an order as a guest, no problem — once you receive your order confirmation email, you can still create an account using the same email address here. Then, request to link your guest order to your new account by replying to the email with your order details, or submit your request using this form. Please allow a few hours for this process. Once linked, your order will appear in your account dashboard for easy access and tracking.
Updating Your Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please reply to the order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing the order and include your new shipping address.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email linking your purchase to our website. Once your items have shipped from our warehouse, a second email with tracking details will be sent.
Phone Orders
Please note that we do not accept orders by telephone.
Backordered Items
Some items may be marked as available but on backorder. You can still place orders for these items, but shipping may be delayed. We will ship them to you promptly upon arrival and notify you with tracking information. Please contact us if the item you want to purchase is available on Backorder for more details.
Pre-Order Items
Certain items are available for Pre-order. You can order these items without adding other products to the same order, as they have their own shipping estimates, which will be displayed when added to your cart.
Sales Tax:
Please note we don’t charge Sales Tax except for orders with California billing and shipping addresses. During the checkout process on the cart page, you will be informed if sales tax applies to your order based on the shipping or billing address provided.
Password Reset
If you forget your password for your Camius.com account, you can reset it by clicking the “Lost Your Password?” link beneath the login fields. If you do not receive an email with reset instructions, likely that you haven’t registered an account with that email address. You can easily register a new account by clicking here.

Shipping Information
Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in the U.S.). Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and handling. If your order is received before 10 AM PST on a business day (Monday through Friday except public holidays), it will be processed, except for Pre-orders. Pre-orders are processed 1 to 2 business days before Shipping.
We provide an estimated arrival date for your convenience.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the carrier’s services. Unfortunately, the courier does not refund these fees in the case of returns or incomplete (incorrect) shipping addresses.
Signature Policy
Secure Delivery for High-Value Orders ($750+): To ensure the safety of your investment, all orders totaling $750 or more are shipped via Secure Delivery. This service requires a signature upon receipt.
- Please note: Due to insurance and security requirements, the signature requirement cannot be waived for these orders.
- Tip: If you cannot be home, we recommend using the carrier’s online tools (such as UPS My Choice) to redirect your package to a local secure Access Point for pickup at your convenience.
Standard Delivery (Orders under $750): For orders under $750, a signature is generally not required. The carrier will leave the package at your address at their discretion.
If you prefer extra security: You may request a “Signature Required” delivery for orders under $750 by adding a note at checkout or replying to your order confirmation email immediately.
Commercial Addresses Deliveries to business addresses may require a signature regardless of the order value.
Delivery Attempts: If a signature is required and no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package at a local facility.
Deliveries to P.O. Boxes
We generally do not ship to P.O. boxes unless the package is under 2 lbs and in a box no larger than 8″ x 8″ x 4″.
Some P.O. boxes that are set up to receive larger shipments (for example, USPS P.O. boxes with street addressing or private mailbox services such as UPS Store) may be eligible. If you’d like your order shipped to one of these, please contact your P.O. box provider in advance to confirm.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a valid and accurate shipping address. If a P.O. box is used as the shipping address and the order cannot be delivered, Camius is not responsible for the failed delivery. In the event a shipment is returned, shipping + return charges will be deducted from the refund.
If the shipping address provided cannot be validated by our shipping software, or if further confirmation is required, our team may reach out before processing your order.
Shipping Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment email notification with tracking details. We recommend monitoring your package directly through the courier’s website and ensuring someone is available at the delivery address around the expected delivery time.
Couriers confirm delivery using GPS tracking, picture taking, and other verification methods to ensure packages reach the correct address.

Shipping Address
Shipping Address:
Your shipping address must be complete and accurate. If the address provided is incomplete and cannot be validated by the shipping courier, we will reach out to you for clarification using the email you provided.
Address Updates:
If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please do so within 1 hour of placing your order. You can easily do this by replying to the order notification email or contacting us through Camius.com/contact.
Returned Packages:
If the package is returned due to an incomplete address, you have the option to either:
- Resend the Item: Request to ship or re-send the item after correcting your address.
- Cancel Your Order: If you choose to cancel, please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping within the U.S. (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii)
We use the services of UPS, USPS, and FedEx for domestic orders. A signature may be required upon delivery for orders over $499.
Shipping Options with transit time:
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy standard free shipping (3 to 8 business days) on all orders over $100 in most U.S. states.
- Paid Shipping: For orders below $100, we offer paid shipping options.
- Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii: We offer shipping (4 to 14 business days) to these locations.
The above doesn’t include handling time, which takes 2 business days. Once we have fulfilled your order, Camius sends an email to your registered email address with shipping tracking to provide a more precise expected delivery date. Make sure to whitelist Camius.com emails to receive all order and shipping notifications.
Expedited Shipping
If you require expedited shipping, please fill out this contact form, include your complete shipping address, and any relevant order details. Our team will review the request promptly and provide you with the available expedited shipping options based on your location and the items in your order.
International Shipping
We ship to certain countries, including Canada, Mexico, UK and this list gets updated from time to time. Orders are shipped using DHL, UPS, or FedEx services, which include door-to-door delivery.
The payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the receiver. To ensure the courier can deliver your goods in the shortest possible transit time, the courier usually pays the customs authority immediately on the customer’s behalf for any duties and taxes due on the goods. The courier only releases the goods to the customer upon fully repaying any obligations and taxes paid on their behalf.
If the customer refuses to accept the package, Camius will deduct the shipping fees, including the return and other fees, from the purchase order amount and send it to the courier. Restocking fees are applicable.
Corporate customers can use their UPS, FedEx, or DHL accounts for orders exceeding certain amount. Contact the Camius team before placing an order to meet the requirements.

Return Policy
At Camius, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a refund, replacement, or exchange, you can request one within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted for specific products. Free Returns for Defective Products
While it’s extremely rare to receive a defective product due to our strict quality control during manufacturing and fulfillment, it can occasionally happen. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label for a full refund or replacement. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you have the best experience possible.
Returns for Non-Defective Products
If you’re returning a product because you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or have compatibility concerns, we’ll gladly accept the return. Contact us here to request a return label from us. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund, and it’s based on the size of the item. Return labels are available for U.S. orders. Just reply to your order confirmation email to request a return label.
Return Shipping Instructions
Once you receive the return label, please ship the item back within 2 weeks. To protect your product during transit, make sure to pack it securely in an outer shipping box (not the original packaging) with cushioning materials.Use a reliable shipping service such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
After 30 Days
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we’re happy to offer repair or replacement services to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will no longer be available after 30 days from delivery.
Missing or Incorrect Parts
If your order is missing parts or contains the wrong product, just let us know within 30 days, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Purchases from Third-Party Sellers
For products purchased through other platforms, please contact the original seller regarding returns or refunds. The process will follow the seller’s policies.
