Continuous recording for security cameras from Camius can utilize up to 128Mbps recording bandwidth on the Network Video Recorder to provide each channel with enough bandwidth to stream, record, process, and analyze in 4K quality.
Add 8 IP cameras to the PoE DVR
This 8 Channel NVR supports up to 8 IP PoE security cameras. The built-in 8 Ports LAN (Power-Over-Ethernet) interface enables for plug-and-play installation of Camius IP cameras, while other manufacturers can be added via an external PoE network switch.

Camius 8 Channel NVR system is optimized for Camius PoE IP cameras. A single Ethernet cable is used to deliver power, video, audio, and infrared streams, as well as bidirectional commands and alerts. Using Power Over Ethernet with IP cameras and NVRs helps centralize power for the entire security system, making it more reliable. Cable distance can be up to 300 feet, and cable type can be CAT5 and up.

Time-Lapse recording is a Camius PoE NVR 8 Channel system feature that stores an image every set duration that, when combined into a video file, will produce a Time-Lapse video. Time-Lapse can be used for various purposes, like construction, nature, or seasonal change. This feature is controlled using captured images and captured schedules.
Customized Notifications
Security camera alerts on a smartphone can be customized using the Camius View app. Notification types include motion detection, hard disk status, and Intelligent detection.
